Blind-Bid Privacy
The board shows city and state, not company names. Carriers never see competing bids, and delivery details unlock only after award.
Energy Connect is the B2B multi-portal platform that links Suppliers, Brokers, Carriers, and Customers across the entire bulk liquid supply chain — from terminal pricing to last-mile delivery.
Why Energy Connect
Every drop of liquid that moves through your supply chain deserves infrastructure that doesn't break. We built it.
Live terminal pricing, automated allocation, and margin controls — suppliers set it once, the network responds instantly. No more spreadsheets.
Brokers and customers post loads, carriers bid and claim hauls — all in one connected marketplace. The DAT for bulk liquid, built for the energy industry.
From terminal release to delivery confirmation. Every stakeholder sees the same truth in real time — no phone calls, no status emails.
Each company lives in its own secure silo. Your data is yours. Role-based permissions, company-level access controls, and audit trails on every action.
Find and connect with new suppliers, carriers, brokers, and customers in real time. Built-in messaging lets every party communicate, negotiate, and close deals without leaving the platform.
Streamline your cash flow with built-in invoicing and payment processing. Generate invoices automatically, track payment status, and get paid faster — all without leaving Energy Connect.
Network Guardrails
Every connection and load carries safeguards your team can inspect.
The board shows city and state, not company names. Carriers never see competing bids, and delivery details unlock only after award.
FMCSA safety scores are pulled nightly and displayed on every connection.
Both parties review each completed load, creating a shared performance record tied to real work.
Connect once to share W-9, COI, DOT, and MC documents. Updates push automatically to every connected party.
Integrations
Energy Connect is middleware: it sits between your dispatch system and back office. Use approved integrations or the public API; availability varies by workflow.
Keep your current back office in place. Confirm the workflow, data ownership, and sync direction for your stack before rollout.
Energy Connect is not a TMS replacement. It connects to approved dispatch workflows through integrations or the public API.
Validate the fleet or ELD data source and supported events during integration scoping.
Validate supported feeds and data rights for the pricing workflow you need.
Use documented API endpoints and access scopes to build reporting that fits your operation.
Review the current public API contract for orders, invoices, pricing, connections, delivery tickets, and more. Available resources follow your API key's access scope.

Energy Connect isn't one product — it's four purpose-built portals that share a single real-time backbone. Each party gets exactly what they need.
Suppliers who manage inventory, set pricing, and connect to a live network of brokers, carriers, and end customers.
Intermediaries who source supply, manage carrier relationships, run allocations, and keep every deal moving through to delivery.
How It Works
Publish real-time pricing and inventory availability to Energy Connect. Brokers and carriers see live pricing immediately.
Brokers secure supply, assign carrier capacity, and manage margins — all from a single unified dashboard.
Drivers receive dispatch orders, load at terminal, and confirm delivery. Every step is tracked and documented in real time.
End buyers track their delivery, confirm receipt, manage invoices, and reorder — all from their own dedicated portal.
Pricing
No setup fees. No hidden charges. Cancel any time. Every plan includes all four portals.
Supplier / Wholesaler
Manage live pricing, inventory, and your customer network.
Broker & Carrier
View real-time pricing, post loads, bid on hauls, find new customers or carriers, and run your full operation.
End Customer
For any business, operation, etc that has energy needs. From fuel to lubes, propane, chemicals, and more. Place orders, monitor tanks, and manage payments.

FAQ
Energy Connect is built for four types of operators in the bulk liquid supply chain: suppliers (terminals and producers), brokers, carriers and distributors, and end customers such as fuel stations, fleets, and industrial facilities.
Energy Connect supports any bulk liquid commodity — petroleum products (ULSD, regular and premium gasoline, jet fuel), propane, lubricants, chemicals, and other bulk liquids. If it moves in bulk tankers, the platform handles it.
Pricing is structured by user type. Suppliers pay an annual platform fee. Brokers and carriers pay a monthly fee plus a per-load posting fee. End customers pay a low monthly fee, waived when volume thresholds are met. A small transaction fee applies to both sides of each completed deal. Contact sales for exact figures.
Yes. Energy Connect is built with SOC 2 and ISO 27001-aligned security controls. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Multi-tenant architecture ensures complete data isolation between companies.
